Can MergeSafe review only some people’s pull requests?
Yes: each repository reviews either all authors or only selected authors, and a pull request from anyone else is skipped with no comment and no charge.

- When you first install the App, its repositories start at only selected, with the person who installed it selected. A repository you add to the installation later starts at all authors until you change it.
- Under all authors, once you have saved the setting, bots are left out unless you select them.
- The app lists the authors of the repository’s recent pull requests, so you can pick from people who actually open them. New authors are marked as new.
- Only a GitHub admin of the repository can change who it reviews.
- A selected person can still ask for a review of anyone’s pull request with
@mergesafe review. An organization admin can use Review now in the app, and an API key can request one too; the summary says who asked.
