What is merge readiness?
Merge readiness is a measure of whether a pull request is safe to merge; MergeSafe expresses it as a score from 1 to 5 based on the most severe verified findings, and 4.5 or above counts as merge ready.
In MergeSafe
- 5/5: no verified findings.
- 4.5/5: only minor findings.
- 3/5: one P1. 2/5: two or more P1s. 1/5: any P0.
- An unverified P0 or P1 caps the score at 3/5, and a review that could not cover the whole diff is capped at 4/5.
